Helmet Assembly

Green Assembly
This is a bespoke assembly manufactured and supplied to customer requirements. It uses a combination of ACE standard parts and the customer's own components
Slider Assembly
This assembly principle can be used to add a sliding accessory strap to a belt or harness positioned at 90 degrees to the main.
Pallet Hook Assembly
This product has become an industry standard assembly for securing Roll Cage pallets. The Pallet Hook is a very useful strong hook and the assembly is easy to attach to any bar type using a simple twisted loop. Similar assemblies are therefore often used for applications other than pallets e.g cargo tie down, shopping trolley management, or even sign and display work
Swivel Head Side Release Assembly
This photo shows a detail of our unique locking and swivel adjustment system (as used on the Baby Harness).
Side Release Assembly
This illustration shows a standard Belt Assembly using a long tab version of the 40mm Side Release buckle, for ease of adjustment and release. Side Release belt assemblies can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes with either single sided adjustment (as here), double sided adjustment, or with a fixed buckle position.
Baby Harness Assembly
Full Baby Harness and Reins manufactured to conform to BS6684 . All the individual components for this assembly are original designs from ACE Supplies. These parts are therefore available for use in other harness configurations, or can be supplied as individual components.
