Is there a minimum order charge ?

No you can order as little or as much as you like.

Can you ship to any country ?

We can ship to most countries worldwide and will be very pleased to quote for your shipping
requirements, or you may arrange your own service if you prefer.

How much is postage and packing?

Any web order up to value of £12.50 will be subject to £3.50 postage and packing charge
Orders for £12.51 - £49.99 will be subject to £7.50 postage and packing charge
Orders over £50.00 will be subject to £10.50 postage and packing charge
Web Orders over £100 (ex vat) carriage paid(UK Mainland only does not include Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands etc)

Overseas shipments will be based on weight and size and we would notify you of these charges prior to processing the order.

What if my my goods don't arrive when expected ?

If your goods have not arrived within 5 working days of the date given on your order acknowledgment , please contact us by phone or email.

Can you deliver goods to my home address ?

Yes , we can. But please make sure that someone will be at home to receive the goods and sign for them, our goods are either delivered by Royal Mail or courier dependant on size of parcel and will require a signature. Goods by courier will only be delivered Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

How will my goods be delivered ?
All of our deliveries are sent out either Royal Mail (recorded service) or courier and WILL require a signature. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there is someone to accept parcels during the normal working day.

All overseas deliveries will receive notification of cost of shipment prior to any payments being taken. You will receive an email from Sales confirming the total and you will then need to acknowledge acceptance of this, along with payment arrangements.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered ?

Orders recieved before noon for items in stock are normally shipped the same working day using either Royal Mail or Parcel carrier service - and these often arrive next day (on the UK mainland). The vast majority of web orders arrive at their destination within 3-5 days of the order being placed.

However, this is not guaranteed and if you want a special Timed delivery, or for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands area or for overseas shipment please liaise with our sales team Tel 01952 216878

This means you card is registered to 3D secure and you need to provide a pin number/password you registered the card with. If you have forgotten these details you will need to contact your bank for assistance and your order will be automatically cancelled.

3D secure stands for 3 Domain Secure. There are 3 parties involved in the 3D Secure Process which are: The Vendor, The Acquiring Bank, Visa & Mastercard.
3D secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure methods for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union , 15 % VAT is added. All orders outside Europe are exempt from VAT

I do not have a credit/debit card can I still buy from you ?

Yes, we can take payment by bank transfer. Credit facilities are also available to larger customers(subject to status)

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes but you would need to place your order via the phone. Collection times will be discussed at time of order.
