The ACE Supplies Internet Shop online ordering system gives you easy access to specialist fastening products, as used by leading manufacturers worldwide. If you have any comments or suggestions please email us at info@acesupplies.co.uk.


These Terms apply to all Retail sales made by us via this website. They can only be varied in writing and are to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of purchase, sale or otherwise.

Business Account customers are also welcome to use the convenience of ordering via the website. Please email sales@acesupplies.co.uk or phone our Sales Office on 01952 216878 to set up this facility. A copy of our full Terms and Conditions of sale will be supplied to you when you open an account or you can view this online by going into the Terms & Conditions tab located to the left of the page.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is easy: Just browse our online catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished selecting, view basket and you will be asked for a few details which we need to satisfy your order.

We accept payments by Credit Card, Debit Card, Switch etc etc. UK customers are able to process their payment online via Sage Pay our secure payment gateway. Alternatively, if you want to discuss your purchase please call our Sales Team on 01952 216878.

There is no Minimum Order for purchases from our online store. Carriage charges are calculated at checkout. Please remember that it is the responsiblity of the customer to determine the suitabliity of these products for use in their particular application.

Cookies are used on our shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.


Shipping & Handling

All UK web orders are shipped via Royal Mail or our Carrier service at the following rates .

Web orders up to the value of £12.50 will be charged at £3.50 Postage & Packing

Web orders up to the value of £50.00 will be charged at £7.50 Postage & Packing

Web orders over the value of £50.00 will be charged £10.50 Postage & Packing


Orders over £100 will be carriage paid (web orders only)

Delivery Schedule

Our office opening hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 3.45pm Fridays. All online orders received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be acknowledged the same day with information concerning the despatch date for the goods. Goods ordered online, outside the normal working week, will be acknowledged on the next working day.

All of our deliveries are sent out either by Royal Mail (recorded service) or by Parcel Courier. All items WILL require a signature on delivery . So please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there is someone to accept parcels during the normal working day.

Most items are despatched and arrive at their destination within 3-5 days of the order being placed. However, delivery times on standard services are not guaranteed, and we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. If you need a special Timed delivery ,or for deliveries to Northern Ireland , Channel Islands and the Highlands area including overseas shipment please liaise with our sales team Tel 01952 216878

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock we will place it on back order for you. You will also be emailed with the estimated delivery date in case you wish to cancel or order an alternative item.

Tax Charges

Orders for delivery to the UK will be subject to VAT at 17.5.%. Orders from outside Europe are shipped tax free, please contact our Sales Team.

Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability for purpose of the items they have ordered.

For Non Business customers, ACE Supplies UK Ltd operates a ' No Questions Asked' Cancellation and Returns Policy. Any goods that you receive that you are not entirely happy with may be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order.(The order value, including the delivery charge, will be refunded to you in full but NOT the cost of the postage to Return the Goods)’. Please contact our Sales Department on 01952 216878 and they will issue you with a Returns Number. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with your Returns Number clearly marked on the parcel. After the 7 day period, goods can only be returned at the discretion of ACE Supplies UK Ltd.
