We have received communications from our suppliers that unfortunately a raw material shortage is now being experienced across the board. This is due to a few reasons. This includes of course that countries across the world are now coming out of the pandemic. They are adjusting to the current climate and are increasing their needs for various parts. There have also been extreme weather issues closing factories as well as maintenance needing to take place.
The culmination of these complications has meant that we are now seeing the affects hit us with longer lead times and prices increasing.
We are working with our customers on stock holding and forecasting 6 months in advance.
