Woven Elastic made of Latex Rubber with Polyester covering, durable and strong enough to stretch and bend but reverts back to its original shape without pressure.

Technical Information:
Woven Elastic is stronger than others and can be used on mid-to-heavy weight fabrics. It doesn’t narrow when stretched and can be sewn through without weakening the elastic.<br/
Stretch: 100-140%
Composition: 35% Natural Extruded Rubber / 65% Polyester / Polypropylene
Melting Point: Approximately 249°C
