ACE Supplies UK Ltd is a commercial privately owned business established in 1981. The primary activity of the company is the marketing and supply of a specialised components range to manufacturing industry. Components included in the range are principally designed for fastening and securing applications: they include injection moulded buckles and fittings and a range of narrow fabrics, hook and loop tapes, strap and fabric assemblies, bespoke injection mouldings and associated products.

ACE Supplies UK Ltd prides itself on supplying technically suitable products to meet customer specifications and requirements – in whatever quantities the customer requires. Our aim is always to maintain the highest standard of quality as well as exceptional levels of service.

The core product range is continually stocked with a UK standard next day delivery service to the customer. The company also delivers Worldwide. Additional stock is held to meet customer’s particular scheduled requirements, allowing customers to operate a just in time manufacturing process.

To achieve business goals an ISO9000 Quality Management System has been continuously in place since 1994. The system is continually reviewed and audited by BVQI. This provides a framework for the day to day activities of the company and allows us to continually measure performance against our quality objectives and to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained. We are confident that the procedures we have in place allow us to exceed our customers’ expectations.

All employees of the company are committed to achieving the aims of this policy and to ensuring that our Quality Management System provides maximum effectiveness.
