Listed below is our Delivery and Returns information. For any queries relating to our policies, please read on.
Office opening hours are 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. All online orders received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be acknowledged the same day with information concerning the despatch date for the goods.
Goods ordered online outside the normal working week will be acknowledged on the next working day.
All of our deliveries are sent via Parcel Courier (DPD). All items WILL require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there is someone to accept parcels during the normal working day.
Next day delivery is our standard delivery service. However, we cannot guarantee delivery slots on this service. and we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. If you need a special timed delivery, or for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and overseas, please contact our team here
Our Samples are sent on a standard next day delivery service within the UK. If you are outside the UK this is subject to extra shipping costs.

We can ship to most countries worldwide. Our Website will allow you to place your order and then our sales team will contact you with a quotation for delivery.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own collection. We will supply you with the weights and dimensions as well as packing information. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange collection on your behalf (quoting an account number).

Orders from the UK or the EU are subject to a 20% VAT charge. All orders outside of the EU are exempt from VAT. Shipping to anywhere in the EU will not be subject to charges with a VAT number.
If you would like to collect from us in person, please make sure you state this when placing your order with us. We can then recommend a suitable time to collect.
